Which one should you have for you business? Of course that depends on what type of coffee shop you are running, but if your staff are operating the machine it is worth considering the following.
With A portafilter you can involve you staff in the quality process, training them to produce good coffee with correct extraction times and good Crema and hopefully they will take pride in The coffee they produce.
The Barista as they are called, will also want to make sure the equipment being used is in full working order and hopefully make sure the machine is regularly cleaned.

With the Super Automatic on the other hand you will get to call your employee a push button operator who probably wont care what comes out of the machine because he can always say It's not me it's the machine.
