Table News
The Brains of Sao Paulo 2001 Took place back in April at a new location Amcham. They have a great set up (click on photo for full size view). Les's Legendary Legion 49 No Mates 47 Village News Retirement Fund 45 Saints 42 Thanks must go to Martyn who worked extremely hard to see that the event took place. Thanks also to all those members and "significant others" who turned out to help or contributed in some way. no forgetting Amcham, Walmart, Heineken,, O'malley's This year as the president gave his yearly ramble, sorry, speech about where all the money we raise, goes to, Spontaneous applause broke out, not because of what he was saying but because this year it was accompanied by photos on 2 big screens showing members delivering food and presents to the homeless. Apart from a few hiccups it all went well. We will have a full round up with pictures, results, an online quiz in the brains section soon.

The pre match amble.While the rest of us worked (well the ones who actually turned up) at the Brains run through our Leader took a quick 40. Hosted at Jermyn's place we all enjoyed the sun, food and booze while trying to out do each other answering the questions set by Gilman. The Fat bastards  cruised to victory.

Forgot to mention in the last edition
the work done by Ed's wife Ivani on the xmas hand out. All the food we distributed was
bought and packed into bags by her. Mark has really been doing overtime as charity secretary. We have spent loads of money this year as well as visiting loads of potential new projects we could possibly contribute to.  What is an INTRANET?A private space on the web where your group can easily access and share documents, calendars and event information. etc. Rt brazil now has one. The link is in the right hand side column. At the moment it is only open to a few members . when it is running proper all members will be allowed to enter. But, we now have in the meantime a "post a picture Board" where you can upload a photo related to anything.
